Below is the sponsorship program for BEEF 2014. All sponsors will be provided with the following:

• Great awareness with their logo/name listed in the ILC website, the final program, several promotional emails that are sent out from February – June, 2014
• Logo/name listed on the Sponsor PowerPoint presentation during reception, breaks and lunch
• Logo/name listed on the signage at the events including the student program dinner, the Congress Plenary day, and the reception
• Listed in the ILC website Sponsor section with a short corporate profile and a link to the sponsor website
• ILC sponsors can reserve and buy a table of 8 guests for $2,600.00 plus GST ($25.00 per registrant less than early registration price of $350.00)

• International Livestock Congress Plenary Session 7:00 am –5:00 pm
• Reception 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday, July 11, 2014

• Student Forum 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Here are the levels of sponsorship for Beef 2014:

Supporter Level: $1000
The supporter level sponsor will be provided with one complimentary registration for the congress day.

Bronze Level: $2,500
The Bronze level sponsor will be provided with one complimentary registration to the congress day and one seat at the student forum.

Silver Level: $5,000
The Silver level sponsor will also be entitled to two complimentary registrations to the Forum day.

Gold Level: $7,500
The Gold level sponsor will also be entitled to three complimentary registrations to the Forum day.

Platinum Level: $10,000 and more
The Platinum level sponsor will be entitled to four complimentary registrations to the Forum day. The Platinum level sponsor can reserve and buy a table of 8 (over and above the 4 complimentary registrations) for $1300.00 plus GST.

Coffee Breaks (two available: one mid-morning coffee break and one midafternoon coffee break): $3,000 per coffee break
This level sponsor will be provided with one complimentary registration to the congress day. To promote the sponsor, additional signage will be posted at the coffee station and the sponsor will be mentioned prior to the break. Sponsor may also provide any corporate promotional item or printed material you wish to display at the coffee station.

Continental Breakfast (one available): $6,000
This level sponsor will also be entitled to two complimentary registrations to the congress day. To promote the sponsor, additional signage will be posted and the sponsor will be mentioned during the start of the plenary session. Sponsor may also provide any corporate promotional item or printed material you wish to display at the breakfast buffet.

Reception Sponsor (one available): $8,500
This level sponsor will also be entitled to three complimentary registrations to the congress day. To promote the sponsor, additional signage will be posted and the sponsor will be mentioned at the plenary session and a representative will have the opportunity to say a few words, no longer than 3 minutes, prior to the close of the plenary session. Sponsor will also provide any corporate promotional item or printed material you wish to display at the registration table.

Lunch Sponsor (one available): $10,000
This level sponsor will also be entitled to four complimentary registrations to the congress day. To promote the sponsor, additional signage will be posted and the sponsor will be mentioned during the plenary session. And the sponsor will be invited to give a 3 minute presentation prior to or during the lunch.

Student Travel Sponsor: $2,500
